CIRCUS ARTS Fitness®
Corporate Workshops

By sharing a positive and fun experience together, participants benefit from increased trust, new bonds and stronger relationships.

Your team will enjoy juggling, hand balancing, trapeze, and other aerial arts while they experience support and bonding among colleagues.

Benefits

Corporate Workshops at the Circus Arts Institute
  • Spark Creative Energy
  • Build self-confidence
  • Enhance Leadership Training
  • Create Better Communication
  • Encourage Trust
  • Overcome Obstacles (including fear of heights)
  • Allow for Positive Risk Taking
  • Increase Self-Esteem
  • Group bonding
One of the key benefits to our program is that each individual experiences taking risks physically when they attend the workshop.  However, unlike some other physically challenging/risk taking activities, this has a flair of the circus and opens the door for more laughter and fun! All of this is then translated into everyday life, including one's work life. This program is designed to take participants out of their work environment and into the wondrous world of the Circus.

Corporate Workshop Options

We have two options for corporate workshops: Basic or Intensive.

Basic Corporate Workshops:  Our workshops use aerial and other circus equipment to provide a fun, exciting, and entirely different group experience for the members of your organization.  Through the use of juggling, hand balancing, trapeze, tight wire walking and other aerial and ground activities, each participant is removed from their comfort zones, thereby enabling them to take risks both physically and emotionally in a safe and positive environment. Each workshop opens with a warmup and ends with a cool down. These are 1-1.5 hours, usually.

Intensive Corporate Workshops:
During our Intensive workshops, we include everything in our Basic Workshop plus work on a specific theme (trust, respect, encouragement, flexibility) and integrate it into every activity done during your time here. Before your workshop, Carrie (Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist), our founder and director  will have a quick phone chat with a team lead to choose a theme and will then build a unique game-plan for each Intensive Corporate Workshop. We suggest 1.5 to 2 hours for an Intensive; we will include that quote in there as well.

Note:
  • We do not offer food services but there are plenty of places to eat close the studio. We'd just suggest eating after, as the workshop is physical in nature.
  • Corporate Workshops can be expanded to include family members.
