What you can expect in a typical CAF class
Each class starts with a group warm up/stretch. Students are separated into small groups where they learn the equipment in a station format. We give everyone an opportunity to try both ground and aerial circus equipment. After a full-body workout, we end with a group cool down/stretch. The class is learn-at-your-own-pace, so you're moving on to the next skill when you've mastered the previous one.
Clothing requirements for all students
Our studio has clothing restrictions so as to not harm our equipment. Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. A unitard, sweats, stretchy pants, or leggings with a leotard or a tight fitting shirt (one that won’t come up when you are upside down!) Jewelry will be asked to be removed or covered up. No metal, buttons, sequins, Velcro or zippers. Shoes and socks will be taken off for most activities.

All Classes are held at the Circus Arts Institute
2969 East Ponce De Leon Avenue; Suite 370
Decatur, GA 30030

Pre-registration is required.
