Cancellation Policy
Class Enrollment Policy:
When you sign up and pay for a package of 4 or more, you are automatically signing up 4 consecutive classes offered and we will anticipate your attendance weekly. Contact us before 48 hours of the next class to reschedule future dates.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
At CAI, we have a high staff to student ratio because your safety is important to us. We hire staff based on the number of registered students. If, for any reason, you cannot attend a class, you must let us know at least 48 hours in advance (the more time the better, so we can notify our staff) so that we can credit your account for that class. If we do not hear from you 48 hours in advance via email so that we have your cancellation in writing) we will charge you for a missed class.
