What you can expect in a typical class
Each class starts with a group warm up/stretch. Students are separated into small groups where they learn the equipment in a station format. We give everyone an opportunity to try both ground and aerial circus equipment. After a full-body workout, we end with a group cool down/stretch. The class is learn-at-your-own-pace, so you're moving on the the next skill when you've mastered the previous one. This also means, that you don't have to commit to a month or a 8-week session-- you can drop in as long as you confirm that there's space in the class.
