Circus Arts Fitness is the most enjoyable and exciting way to get in shape, and keep in shape. Each session utilizes a variety of circus equipment, both aerial and ground, and is focused to meld the best combination of a healthy body and an agile mind for your personal best level of fitness.

Come and learn low trapeze. Spanish Web (rope climbing with tricks), juggling and tightwire walking, teamwork and more! Please note this is a class not a therapeutic group.

Come and learn low trapeze. Spanish Web (rope climbing with tricks), juggling and tightwire walking!! This class includes some therapeutic goals including discussion about understanding and defining the concepts of cooperation, respect, communication and sharing.

Circus Arts Therapy Groups - limited number of spaces available These groups are for children who have special needs, learning differences, or might be going through a particularly hard time. These groups normally have a 1:2 or 1:3 teacher to student ratio, however if your child would best be served with a shadow (1:1 ratio) an additional fee will apply.

1. Tuesdays 3:25 - 4:15PM ages 5-10
$240 for September session ($60 per group)

Circus Arts Play Zone for ages 2 - 4 with Mommy or Daddy This class includes an introduction to low trapeze, crash cushion jumping with tricks, rope climbing, tightwire walking, balancing and beginning juggling.
