Circus Arts Institute is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind fitness program for adults, teens, and children in a safe and comfortable setting. Each session is designed to build a healthy body and agile mind and is suited to your personal best level of fitness.
(All Skill Levels Welcome)
Tuesday 7-8:30pm (13+)
Each class starts with a group warm up/stretch. Students are separated into small groups where they learn the equipment in a station format. We give everyone an opportunity to try both ground and aerial circus equipment. After a full-body workout, we end with a group cool down/stretch. The class is learn-at-your-own-pace, so you're moving on the the next skill when you've mastered the previous one. This also means, that you don't have to commit to a month or a 8-week session, you can drop in as long as you confirm that there's space in the class for you
- Trapeze and low trapeze
- Spanish web (soft rope climbing with tricks)
- Circus rings
- Aerial fabric / Silks
- Strength training
- Balance board
Our studio has clothing restrictions so as to not harm our equipment: no buttons, velcro, no zippers, no sequins. Clothing should be tight or tuck-able as participants will be going upside down.

A gate code is required, so pre-registration is required.
1. Prepay for at least one class
If scheduling conflicts arise, we require that you notify us 48 hours before class so that we can plan accordingly. If classes are scheduled and not attended, or cancelled with less than 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the class fee.
